Can I have a product delivered outside the mainland UK?

Currently we are only able to deliver to Mainland UK addresses only (excluding Northern Ireland,Inverness, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight).

How are we able to offer cheap prices?

We buy in bulk quantity and retail at extremely competetive prices.

How can I order?

Order here on this website or call one of our helpful sales team on 0121 554 1878. Telephone lines are open Monday - Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm. You can order from the website at any time.

How do I know my appliances are in good condition?

Our delivery team will unpack most appliances for you and allow you to check the appliance to confirm that you are happy with the products and that everything else is in order before they leave your property. Remember, once you have signed for the goods you are stating that you are happy they are in perfect condition.

How do I leave a review?

To leave a review, either email us your review and we will put it up on our website, or if you have found us through a search engine, such as Price Runner, please leave your review on their website.

How do I return goods that I do not want?

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Please note that the goods have to be sent back at your own cost.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver large items such as fridge freezers, cookers, LCDs TVs within 2 to 3 working and we shall call you a day before to inform you of delivery. Please note that we do not deliver on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Small items will be delivered next working day if order is placed before 3 pm. All large products ordered for delivery to the Glasgow & Edinburgh area will be delivered on Saturday. Areas such as Somerset e.g. Bridgewater, down south to Devon, Plymouth and Cornwall are most likely to be delivered on a Friday.

What is the warranty offered on the products?

The warranty supplied with the goods is the standard manufacturer's warranty, in addition to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act. In most cases this is 1 year covering all parts and labour. In some instances this is extended by the manufacturer to 2, 5 and occasionally even 10 years.

Will you collect my old unit?

You can request the collection of an old appliance at the time of purchase, however there is a charge for this service. To find out how much it will cost please call us on 0121 554 1878 and one of our advisors The item must disconnected and free of water and ice at the time of delivery.
