thanks for your prompt & excellent service. i ordered my fridge freezer tuesday, it was despatched wednesday, delivered thursday and in situ and in full use by friday. brilliant, thank you to all especially the delivery men.

I recently purchased a Bosch dishwaher from Electrocentre. Staff were polite and extremely helpful. We were kept informed with regard to delivery and the dishwasher was safely delivered by two very friendly guys. Top marks Electrocentre, highly recommended

I have just taken delivery of my LG fridge freezer- I would like to say a big 'THANK YOU' I have not purchased any items from you company before but what an excellant service your staff offer. You kept your promised with delivery date, kept me informed. all your staff have been very polite from the man who took my initail order, my enquiry and queries and last but not least the guys who delivered the freezer - very polite and efficient. Its such a pleasure to deal with a very professional company who know what they are doing, I am still in shock that every (thanks to your staff) has gone so smoothly. I will certainly use your services again and will recommend you to my friends and colleagues.

I would like to congratulate you on your excellent customer service. I ordered my item on Sunday afternoon from the website and it was delivered Tuesday evening. The driver let me know an approximate time when it would be delivered which was helpful. The price was about the best I found on the web and much cheaper than from the typical retail park major names. 5 star service and excellent pricing

Ordered on the Thursday afternoon,received a phone call confirming order and saying delivery would be the following day,late afternoon. What excellent service! Delivery men great and very polite! (phoned when near to us) Great price on the baumatic dishwasher!We wouldn't hesitate in shopping with you again and recommending you to others! Well done!!

Just to say how impressed I am with the level of service and friendliness of you staff. We ordered an LG fridge freezer at 12pm on Tuesday and it was delivered in excellent condition at 4pm Thursday. The drivers were helpful and carried the fridge into place in the kitchen. Fully recommended.

What a great company to do business with. Ordered my LG 37" telly with free stand on 4/6/2010, got confirmation calls, delivered day after. The delivery guys were fantastic. Brought goods in, checked them with me and were very pleasant all the time with smiles on their faces. Don't be put off by the low prices, this isn't a company that sells 'cheap goods' but sell top class goods at low prices. Then I got a call Saturday morning to say it would be with me soon, and it was delivered 10 minutes later about 9am. Thank you very much. RAL

Just wanted to say that the cheapest supplier of an LG F1403FD Washing Machine listed on PriceRunner, ELECTROCENTRE of Handsworth Birmingham, gave unbeatable service. I ordered by telephone at 4:50pm on Thursday, was called at 5:05 to say delivery to Kent would be made the next day. Their price included FREE DELIVERY. On Friday morning I was told delivery would be between 12:00 and 2:00pm, and at 1:45 was greeted by two cheerful delivery men who carried the machine through to the kitchen despite it being "to doorsetp only" delivery. By 2:15 the machine was up and running. My local branch of a national supplier had the same model is stock at over £150 more and they couldn't even manage delivery (at £20) in less than five days. So I am very pleased I used both PriceRunner and Electrocentre.

Your staff were polite and efficient. I was never left wondering what is happening...I was contacted by phone and given updates on the delivery time, which proved very accurate. I am very happy with yourselves and my purchase. I won't hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. Hello I just wanted to say a big Thank you to all at Electrocentre for the fantastic service I have just received. I ordered the LG42SL8500 TV, brilliant offer, brillant customer service and it arrived the next day even before it was due to arrive. The communication from the company was spot on and very efficient. The TV is brilliant, I'd highly recommend it and also your company to any of my friends and family. Customers expectations definately exceeded this time, so keep up the excellent work and service.

I have tried to write a review on the 'crowd' comparison website but I have not had much luck. just wanted to say 'thank you' for the excellent service which included not only full compliance with your company promises but also the excellent delivery service. Your delivery colleagues had come a long way to my home in Devon and had a considerable journey further down and then onward to Cornwall. Notwithstanding, that didn't prevent them from making sure that everything was just right before they left! All I can say is that you never get a second chance to make a first impression and your company conduct, together with the excellent ambassodors in the sales and delivery team will ensure my return. Our previous washing machine broke down on Sunday 13th December on Monday we tried to get it mended only to be told it was too expensive. Monday afternoon after much searching on the web we ordered off yourself. At 7pm on Wednesday our new washer was delivered. I had seen the product I wanted at Currys but looked on the internet to see if I could get it cheaper. Electro Centre was over £100 cheaper. Ordering was quick and easy and the product (oven and hob) arrived in just a few days. The driver phoned and gave us notice he was on the way.

This is the second time I have dealt with Electro Centre, the first time the service was excellent and to be perfectly honest I would not have been surprised if the service had deteriorated a little the second time, but I was wrong and if anything the service was even better. Just shows there is no room for Doubting Thomas in this world. Keep up the good work.

The first TV delivered was damaged. It took several calls to sort out and at first I felt as though I was going to have problems getting a replacement, but once satisfied that the TV was damaged on delivery the Electro Centre staff were polite and accommodating. They replaced the TV within 5 days and the replacement was in good condition and was as described on the website. I believe a company can be judged on how it performs when things don't go to plan and Electro Centre performed well in this case. The price was excellent.
