We recently ordered a Samsung fridge/freezer. This was delivered on one of the coldest days of the year at 7am. The delivery crew (Val & Gurminder) were absolutely fantastic. Bearing in mind they had deliveries to make in Yorkshire and Sussex (we live in Birmingham) they helped my husband in the dark and freezing cold take the doors off so it could be taken through the house. They were both so helpful & friendly, a real credit to your company. In addition the fridge/freezer was the cheapest on the internet, exactly as described and works beautifully. This review is not really to do with the product but more to do with the company. Their customer service is excellent and their delivery team are second to none. They went far beyond what was expected. We definitely recommend this company.

I would just like to say that I am very pleased with the oven (it looks great and cooks to perfection) and the overall service that I received was excellent. The delivery man came around 8.45 a.m which was very impressive to say that he'd driven up to Leeds from Birmingham. I would definately recommend your company as the price was the lowest I could find and the overall service was excellent.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for your excellent service. Having ordered a range cooker two weeks ago from a company based in Doncaster, they telephoned me on Tuesday to postpone delivery until the end of January. I subsequently found your website, placed an order at 1pm on Tuesday this week and received delivery at 7am on Wednesday morning. Purchased a Beko Induction Hob. Far cheaper than any other internet site. Prompt delivery, given a 3 hour delivery slot and driver called to say he was on his way. Excellent customer service, will look to use again.

I purchased a Bosch fridge freezer on Thursday 28th October 2011 late in the afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday 2nd November 2011. The price of the fridge freezer was the lowest £349 including delivery, Retail park outlets wanted £399 plus and had no stock and delivery was several weeks. The whole process of ordering through to delivery was excellent. The delivery team could not have been more helpful as they unpacked the fridge freezer and help install it into a very tight spot. Will purchase from you again and would recommended you to anyone. Highly recommended company. Keep up the great work

I purchased a washing machine in April 2011. The service was fantastic - not only did the product arrive when we expected it, I got a call from the driver telling me exactly when to expect him. The product was fantastically priced and I couldn't be happier with it. I'll definitely be coming back next time I need something for the home!! I ordered my new Bosch fridge/freezer last Thursday afternoon, at a really great price. On Friday afternoon I received a call to tell me it would be delivered early on Saturday morning, even though I hadn't specified weekend delivery. True to your word, the van arrived at 8 am and the two delievery men couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. On top of that, I'm really pleased with my new purchase. Thank you for an excellent service all round.

Fast, efficient and courtesy I would just like to thank the team at Electro Centre for a Fast, efficient and courtesy service. Delivery time within promised timescale, phone call to confirm delivery date and approx time, phone call from the delivery driver 15 minutes ahead of delivery, the guys who delivered unpack the TV carefully so I could inspect and see there was no visible damage – excellent service and great prices

You guys are truly amazing.. You had the product I needed in stock, in the right colour and..at the best price! And then you delivered it free of charge 200 miles away the next day!!! The big boys like Comet, Argos and the rest wanted to take my money and make me wait for 14 days or so! No stock in any colour and drop shipped from the manufacturer when they could be bothered. That's the best service I've ever received online or offline, I want to tell the world how good you guys are! Thank you for making our day.

"Too good to be true? Absolutely NOT, They are brilliant!" I always read reviews wondering if they are just fabricated by the company themselves. This is definately not the case here. I live in Sussex, very far from where this company is based. I ordered a washing machine yesterday, I got a call within 30 minutes arranging a delivery date, TODAY! Not only that but the delivery driver called me and gave me a 2 hour slot, and also was happy to send me a text when he was 15 minutes away so that I could just pop home from work rather than taking the afternoon off!! Now you dont get that service very often nowadays!! BRILLIANT!!

Just a note to say thanks very much for the excellent service We have received. I have to say that initially I was rather sceptical as to the price(being quite so competitive) and the promptness of delivery promised. But I was entirely wrong.. the bosch fridge freezer was delivered on time, in perfect condition, and by delivery staff who gave an advanced warning of their e.t.a. and were extremely helpful with the delivery. Thank you very much.. and by the way if you see this on the website, this is a bona fide letter!

For the service in processing my order. It was ordered on Tuesday morning, 31st May, and I was contacted in the afternoon to advise that delivery would be the following day. The following morning the delivery man phoned to advise an approximate time, with a promise to phone 1/2 hour before he arrived; true to his word, he did ring, and what is more, even after what must have been a long day, Sam had a smile and a joke. I ordered our new Bosch dishwasher on Wednesday 27th at approx 3pm, within about 1/2 an hour I received a call saying it would be delivered next day. At 8-30 the next morning the driver called to update me on the expected delivery time. Although it was early evening when they arrived and both had had a very long and busy day they were polite and friendly. They unpacked the machine and checked for damage and the whole process from ordering to delivery was first class. Well done.

Next Day service which was fantastic, delivered by two of the best nice and helpful gentlemen. On Wednesday evening I ordered a dishwasher. On Thursday I received a phone call telling me that the item would be delivered on Friday. Unfortunately I had an unexpected appointment on Friday and I informed the lady I would need to leave at 8.30am. She said you would try to deliver before this. I received a phone call this morning advising me of time of arrival and it was duly delevered at 7.30am by 2 very helpful and pleasant gentlemen This item was £149 cheaper than any of your rivals and no-one will beat your service. It was absolutely first class. If I need electrical goods in the future you will be my first choice! Really well done and many thanks!!

I have recently purchased an LG television from your company. As I am a dinosaur, this has been my first experience of internet shopping, which originally I was very reluctant to do. I was so impressed with your company, I feel that I must write to compliment the customer service that you supply. The ordering system was so easy to use. I ordered the television on the Saturday and I had a phone call on the Monday from customer services to tell me that the order had been dispatched which I thought was excellent. The television arrived on the Tuesday after the delivery driver had phoned to let me know what time he would arrive here which I also thought was excellent. They bought the television into my home and unpacked it, checked it for damage all the time being very courteous and polite which was wonderful. Overall I thought the whole customer experience exceeded my expectations. I would certainly use your company again.
